Thanks for the link to a virtual tour. Wow, what a house! I'm not familiar with "knotty alder" but it sure looks great. I love the "deck" and the master bedroom closet. Good luck selling it. I have a newspaper article about some people from Bend and Sisters that was in the Lincoln paper. I'll send it next week after my big weekend party. Love, Ruth Ann
