With daughter Janine's help, we got Linda a wheelchair...spotted one in the valley (near where Janine lives) for $25 on Craig's List...and in great shape...so we will start using that a lot to preserve Linda's limited energy.
We've been using Craig's List to sell anything in the garage we haven't used for 6 months.....so far, I've made over $300 selling racks, mounting brackets, tow bars, old tv, scroll saw, etc. etc. Of course if any of you are interested in anything, we will provide a 10% discount and you pay the freight (humor). Marilyn might need a set of golf clubs....Vickie a wet suit...and so on....this Blog could become a lucrative deal for us (more humor).

No golf clubs needed here, but do you want two oil paintings????That's what I have for sale on Craig's right now. I am hoping that they are from undiscovered artists that someone else can "discover." I think we have gotten to the age where less is more. Every time I sell something I feel just that much lighter. Have fun with the sales. Linda, you rest up.

I have a hitch step (step that attaches to a truck hitch) I'll offer for free. Would've been good if Dad had told me the one I gave him for Christmas didn't fit our weird hitch sometime within the span of time I could have returned it. Whatever!!
I should really do some cleaning up like you're doing, myself. But, let's be honest, it's not going to get done.
Take it easy this weekend. Let Linda get lots of sleep. Hope you're both feeling good.
Love to you both, as always.
Hope today's another quiet one and that Linda's been able to get more rest.
Believe it or not... last weekend it was getting ready to snow, and this weekend, it's in the 70's. We are enjoying this really nice day. :)
Have a super week!

Busy week for me. Flew to California for a bridal shower and had a wonderful time in the sun...Will have a short week this week also as I have another short, fun trip to celebrate another wedding...after that I will probably be at home for awhile getting my yard in shape for the coming spring and summer months..Enjoy your Flordia trip, I will get to Sisters when you get home...promise.
Hi Linda Lou,
I just learned last week of your renewal of multiple appointments. A wheel chair makes perfect sense to me.
You continue to be an inspiration and your pictures show that spunk not only is still there, it has grown.
Please tell Dave that I got his message about August, so I will look forward, once more, to that.
Know that I will be thinking of you and sending good vibes.
Love, Bev
