Monday...June 7th...2010

Today was a much better day for Linda....not as worn down...but stayed as active..hopefully she is "over the hump".....Thursday is her next infusion of Alimta with Oncologist Dr. Sandler of OHSU....then a scan will be scheduled to see how she is doing on the Alimta which has been used for several months now.

We have a deal on the Canby house...signed....and a loan officer agreed to..... and the loan will go together quite quickly after the appraisal is done...which might happen before the end of the week. So now we can quit messing around and get on with the planning.

Today we went to north Portland and looked at flooring options including wood floors and tile for some flooring and for counters..and..and....

Tomorrow we go back to the house and have a second opportunity to get inside...where we plan on measuring things for carpet ...flooring...etc...etc. we will also take extensive pictures to use in the planning and all.

The pictures are of Linda going over the loan proposals and documents....and Sadie wondering what her "Mom" is doing.....

Aawww... poor Sadie. She looks like she's not getting enough attention from her mom! It sounds like the house is basically yours now... yea!! Congratulations! :)

Always thinking of you!

So glad to read that things are moving along. I would love to fix Sadie up with our Granddog, Max. I guess it is a little far to arrange a play date.

Well you are off and running again on another house! Sadie is probably saying "Mom - are we moving again?!" lol Keeps you young! Sadie told me she just wants to cuddle on Mom's lap but Mom has that look in her eye. Sadie says "Oh my goodness there she goes remodeling. I'll just crawl under the blankie. Wake me when you are done with the carpeting, paint and all." Whew

You stay close to Mom Sadie and don't let her pick the wrong color of carpet. OK? Love you all. Ginnie
