Where did May go? I can't believe it is almost June, especially with the weather still being so cool and rainy.
I called my doctor today to tell her about my high pulse making me so tired. I don't want to do anything except sleep. She doubled my medication that is meant to lower the pulse and set up an appointment for Thursday. I'm hoping it will help without also lowering my blood pressure.
Are you guys all still out there in blogland? I miss hearing from some of you, so please let me know you are there. I'd hate to have to dream up some new drama to get your attention!
Love and gratitude......Linda

Linda,
We are out here, just waiting to say something smart or funny! Our prayers are with you. Can't wait to see more pictures of the new house.

Here I am...back from Indy. We roasted in the stands on Sunday, even tho we were in some shade.
No drama is necessary, Linda. Just get that house deal done and start working your magic.
Good to hear from you.
Marilyn
No more drama, please!
We had our first stormy drama of the season late this afternoon and evening here in eastern Nebraska. Some baseball-sized hail, a few tornadoes, lots of wind and rain and some flash flooding. The worst was in the Blair/Omaha area. No injuries but lots of downed trees, power outages, and water.
My kids said it was a rainy weekend in Seattle. Was beautiful here.
Good luck getting everything settled on the house.
Love & prayers,
Ruth Ann
TravelGuy and I just got back from Fiji a couple of days ago and I've been catching up on the blog and your great pictures. I'm still trying to figure out the ferry, and train, the car, etc. you use to get around. Sounds like your own personal version of trains, planes, and automobiles.
Hope that house comes through for you if it's meant to be. Nothing like taking control of a project and remaking it the way you want it.
Cheers or I should say "Bula",
Marjorie
Oops... sorry... is the peanut gallery falling down on its job??!! Work's been keeping me busy since we got back from our trip. We're glad there's not been much drama on your end... keep it that way. :)
Take care... know that we're always thinking of you!

Linda...Busy with yard, two motor home trips, getting ready for cruise, and some new scheduling. We need to retire and back to some boredom. We keep up with the blog and like the lack of drama.
I have no excuse for not commenting. But we read your blog daily and are happy that there has been no new dramas of late. We miss you over here in sisters. The weather continues to be cool and rainy here too. I am definitely ready for some real summer weather. Glad you are learning to get around in the "valley" in an efficient way.
Love,
Liz and Jack too
Oh, PLEASE, don't do that. You guys have such a exciting lives we just enjoy reading about it. It is like an exciting novel, can't wait until the next chapter.
We are expecting my cousin and his wife from Grand Junction,CO this week. We will have a reunion in Bennet,NE this weekend. Will show them around Omaha and take them to the Lauritzen Gardens. The one we went to when you visited.
We had quite the rain and wind storm go through Omaha. Lucky no tornados here . It sure did damaged our flower garden.
Well, keep the novel going. Waiting for the next chapter on your house.
Well, must get my work done.
Love ya,
Janet
Sorry we have not checked in with you, but we do read the blog everyday. Love the photos you have been taking of Portland and the ride to downtown. We will be calling you soon to try to get together. How are you doing here in the valley of the rain!!!! Ready to go back to Sisters where it is a little drier! Glad there hasn't been much drama lately, keep up the good work. Good luck on the house...don't you just love the ferry! We have friends that live on the other side of the Willamette, near the ferry landing. It is a great area! Loved the Canby pronunciation lesson. Hope to see you soon.
Love, Nancy, Jim, Joe and Gene
We're here too! Just got back from Philadelphia where our daughter gave birth to their first child, Benjamin Bradley Morris, on May 20th...his Papa Darrell's 60th birthday. What a present. We think of you often and send our prayers. Love, Darrell and Shar
Checking up on your guys. Glad to hear you have refrained from pursuing more drama. Will be fun to see more pictures of your house and once you have redecorated.
We put our 38' fifth wheel up for sale and actually have two buyers. The second buyer is on our "waiting list" in case the first buyer doesn't come through. Going to stay home next winter in lieu of our usual trek to spend the winters in AZ.
We rarely go to Portland, but if you come through Corvallis, please stop by. If you call first, will have lunch or dinner or whatever ready for you.
Love, Susan & Ken
P.S. It is hard to believe that Jonathan would have been 31 in September?
I catch up on your exploits when I can. Really, if they'd give us back our access to blogs at work, I'd post way more often. I'm so bored at work all the time.
No dramatics please, Linda! None of that. We won't stand for it anymore!
Glad things seem to be going pretty well for both of you. My love to you both, as always.
So... how was the doctor's appointment yesterday?
Have a great weekend!!
Jim and Swee

Yes, we're still out here. We marvel at your resilience and at the energy you put into life. Even your dedication to keeping up this blog each and (almost) everyday. We're having trouble keeping up with your pace. Lead on.
