Things didn't go well after company left last night...Linda was short of breath and every effort drove her heart rate and pulse up.....today the answer became clear..she is not getting enough oxygen...we knew this was something in progress and last night was the "turning point"....
Today at chemo, Linda's O2 was at 90 then 89%....when documented twice..which it was, then she is put on oxygen..once they put it on her, she relaxed immediately and went to restful sleep....we believe they are arranging for oxygen equipment for our home as we speak...
Most of the OHSU facility was closed so no garage parking..no help downstairs etc..etc..only the infusion center is open..so it was a struggle to get Linda to the center...but we made it...

I hope the equipment is there before you get home.
I think a nice "rest" is in order for you Linda. Sit on the couch and don't move for a whole day...I love the pictures. You two are truely an amazing couple. Very few ever realize the love that you share with one another.

Hello girl friend - and I thought I was busy (and tired), but you take being active to a whole new level. Breathe slowly and deeply and enjoy the extra oxygen to relax you and ease your mind.
It was such a blessing to see you both on your anniversary. Your children are wonderful and gracious hosts. It was so special!
Love and a warm hug,
Mary
I have heard there are troubles of more than one kind.
Some come from ahead and some come from behind.
But I've bought a big bat. I'm all ready you see.
Now my troubles are going to have troubles with me! - Dr. Seuss

Just a few quotes that made me think of you as you tackle this bleak stretch of healing. Keep on keepin' on -- this isn't a place to stop....
Hugs!! You're securely wrapped in that golden glow of healing peace and love and energy -- let it ease your breathing, restore your faith, buoy you up, and ease your mind as your body continues to heal.
