Here we are in beautiful Seaside, Oregon with great friends having a great time. The four of us haven't gotten together since shortly after I was first diagnosed almost two years ago, and what a shame, as we always have such a good time together. Nancy and Steve are out for a drive and stopping to pick up seafood for tonight's dinner (We are pigging out while we are here). I've already had a morning nap to keep my energy up for all the fun we are having. We played two games of "Five Crowns" last night and I won them both (no chemo brain for me!) I've already made chocolate chip cookies yesterday and sweet rolls for breakfast so that they won't forget why they invite me along. ha ha.

Linda ... today was Molten Lava Chocolate dessert practice baking!
I used a gluten free flour and it turned out SPLENDID! Thank you so much for the recipe! Our gang gets a fresh batch on Thursday. Will report their reactions. The portion for four actually made ten servings because I put the batter in large cupcake cups...too cheap to buy 24 ramekins! Hugs from both of us grace and frank
