Thursday....January 7th...2010

All the plane tickets, forwarded mail, newpapers, car rentals, etc., etc, have all be worked out.....people can really be helpful in a time of need.

Linda's chemo session scheduled for today, has been delayed for 10 days.....to allow her body to heal.

Many of the kids are coming in tomorrow....

I read Janine's facebook tonight and went to the blog. Ross, Tyler and I are all praying for Linda. That was the first thing Ty said as I put him to bed. Mom, "we have to pray for Janine's mom tonight, so she gets feeling better." I wish I could have recorded it, very sweet. Thoughts and prayers with you always. She is a fighter!!

I am so glad that Jillian was able to talk to the both of you today... When I got home for work I sat down and explained to her what was going on and showed her the diagrams that her wonderful and amazing g-pa Buzzard had posted on the blog, so she really was able to understand everything... and all she could really say was.... grandma linda is a strong girl and she will be ok mom....
As I am fighting back the tears here is our little angel reminding me how strong her grandmother is....
and then we started talking about the night she was born, and how Dave was worried about Linda driving through Drain and Elkton because of the horrible weather and all of the slides that had been happening.... and as I was telling Jillian the story she says, I bet grandma just couldnt wait to come and see me:)..... Yes she was so right, I remember how much I wanted you to be with me while we welcomed her into this world.... and how when you did arrive all she did was sleep.... even on video we have you trying to wake her...not much has changed there in the last 12 years....
We love you ! and we will see you both very soon...

When I told Jim what was going on with you (Linda), he just shook his head as he can't believe how much you've had to endure. As always, you're in our thoughts and prayers. We hope you're feeling a little better today. :)

Dave - hope you've been able to get some rest too!

Take care... love to both of you!
