Linda is in ICU at Meridian Park Hospital in Tualatin, south of Portland....because of her extremely low blood pressure and pulse as well as a possible wide spread infection, Linda is being watched closely.....the hope is to identify what is going on in the next day or so. The Oncologist is involved...and the suggestion is this has nothing to do with the cancer nor the Tarceva treatment.
Finally at 5 am this morning, the fever dropped to 100+ and Linda started speaking with clarity...after 5 hours of fever induced jibberish...which was scary to say the least. The seemed to be a possibility in the worst of this that she could be gone....frightening.....
Dave has had to shuttle back and forth between the remodel project and the hospital...the tiling took on a few twists that needed sorting out..now all is fine. Daughter Janine...son Jim and friend Claudia have watched over Linda as she is in the ICU.
Tomorrow Janine, Jim and Dave have a run to Central Oregon to pick up a moving truck and bring back many of the boxes stored at the house at Brasada Ranch....the good news is the truck is to be turned in to Canby Monday at 1q pm...allowing plenty of time to unload. Claudia is going to look over Linda.....

Wow... I miss one day of blogs and all this happened. Linda - please take care and get better soon! Dave - take care of yourself too, okay?!
You're both in our thoughts always!

Sounds like another rough time for you guys and I’m real sorry to read about it. But I know you both will handle it like always ... by taking care of each other. Screw those nasty mystery bugs!!! All my Love, Mike P. Land O Lakes
For sure you lives are not boring to say the less.
Linda, get well fast. Dave has a lotof boxes for you to unpack. I hope nothing got broken from my packing. Anixous to hear if I did a good job. Maybe I will have to find a job in packing. Ha!
I am so glad you have help,Dave.
Thank you for keeping us informed about everything.
Love,Janet
I breathe a somewhat mitigated sigh of relief. At least the crisis has passed. I pray daily for Linda and for Dave and for the wonderful family and circle of friends that surrounds them with a circle of love and healing energy. Bless you all.

That must have been a frightening experience! Glad that the fever is down, and the gibberish has ceased. Hope you're better soon, Linda, and good luck with the boxes, Dave.
Best wishes, Susan & Rick
I've been thinking of calling you for the past two days with gossip..sat down to read the blog (checking up on you)...then read this. Now the gossip seems not so important. Get some rest, and here's a thought...give yourselves a few days off from the remodeling job!
Lots of Love
Kim & Ernie
