Not much new to report....no work done on the house as was a day of doctor visits, errands and grand daughter visit....
Linda's visit with her Oncologist was pretty straight forward...no surprises....a scan will be done on August 23rd followed by another visit with the Oncologist to see if the Tarceva is working...Linda did agree to participate in a study on assisted suicide by cancer patients..not that she is one or contemplating such...so that took an additional hour for her interview for the study...again, if anything , she is seen as someone who is full of life and spirit and making the most of life, even with cancer....perhaps that is why she was asked to participate.
Jillian came over for dinner and to beat her grandma at cards....we did plan our upcoming trip to Victoria by train and boat..and staying at the Empress Hotel. Jillian returns Saturday to spend the day and stay overnight....
Tomorrow it's back to the painting and tiling.....it is supposed to get hotter outside....

Hope it's not as hot there as it is here this weekend - we're expecting it to be around 100-105!!! Ugh...
