Tuesday...July 27th...2010

We have a painter! On ITEX! No money to be paid! Outside and inside! What a load off our backs....even though we spent some days painting....we are over the hump...carpet covered..painting covered....tiling covered....Now if we can get a hardwood floor guy on ITEX...that would make it complete...we do have a backup plan that will cost us a few bucks if needed....a hardwood floor guy who would work with Dave in the evenings...but we are still pursuing the ITEX ....

Linda had a mixed day today...dropped her heart meds down..so the pressure went up and the pulse went up..so she got winded quickly...so she upped the meds again...so now it will probably cause her to get light headed....the answer seems to be easy but with her preexisting conditions and then the cancer chemo and meds.....it is a tight rope to walk....if this continues much longer it seems like a cardiologist must get involved...Linda is most likely going to email her primary doctor tomorrow to discuss.....

Hey you two..enjoy the concerts..I want to hear all about them when you return. I leave for Oakland mid week so don't know if we will connect, but I want to hear all about it when I return...Stay safe. Hope those meds get regulated Linda. You are so right, it is a tight rope trick.

Hello, Linda;
all those up-and-downs will hopefully get into a better balance soon, such a balancing act! What great news about the ITEX program ... sounded like an overwhelming task for you before ...I still haven't done my painting, just got the sunroof srubbed and rinsed; you should have seen me struggle to get the garden hose on top of the roof while on full blast (the nozzle naturally broke and I needed to finish the rinse part!) Definitely comic relief stuff!
Hope you get that "pump" going at just the right speed (55-60 beats?)! Lots of love from us for healing!

HI Dave and Linda,

Life has been a roller coaster lately and I finally took the time to look at your blog. Iam so sorry I did not know you were in ICU. What a scare that must have been. I was thinking maybe in Sept Wendy and I would come visit. I really hope you are feeling better and your house looks like its going to be great.
lots of love Deb and Don
