Linda is doing well...still coughing from the chest cold or whatever it is..masking perhaps the previous cough. Her blood pressure/pulse cannot be better.....so much better. She is much more active and everyone thinks she looks good.
We finished preparations for the dinner for the Long Beach Grand Prix and all is posted on the forums and such. We are going to the St. Pete's event next week..but only Thursday to see driver friends and other folks. We are announcing our retirement from fan activites as of the Long Beach event....we are receiving much accolades for making this move. We will be attending a race or two in the future but from a "seat". It is time to rest.

Now I know why we haven't heard from you. Linda,you wanted to surprise us with how GREAT you look.It was nice seeing Sadie taking it easy with you. Have fun in Long Beach.

I will miss Long Beach this year. The cars, the crowds, the smells, smiles on everyone's faces, the weather, the girls. Walks up Pine at night.
But most of all, the staff from CC, who for all the years have been more than friendly, more than helpful, and totally professional. For those going, enjoy the weekend, and remember that there are many, who are jealous that you are there.

I was just thinking about the two of you so I thought I'd write a quick note just to say hi. Hope it's been a wonderful sunny weekend... and hope the rest of your time in Florida is filled with lots of sunny days!
