Friday Late...October 8th...2010

We are a bit upset..the clinical trials coordinator called today to tell Linda that the first test was still negative upon reexamination but the second possible trial was looking positive and she was not leaving her office until she heard the final result....we have not heard another word.

This is disappointing in that this is not the first time we have been told we would hear something and then not hear..in fact it has happened a few times...and should not happen...it is very unprofessional...and people are involved...

It has been over a month since the sample was taken through the biopsy..sending the sample to the wrong place...and telling us more than once something would happen and it didn't...not very good for a big hospital/university that employs the best...and Linda suffers as a result..

Monday we will deal with it.....swiftly.....and firmly......

Hang in there; don't let other people's shortcomings create any negative vibes in your body! You need your fighting spirit for healing!!! You can always blame the RAIN! Let's just hope for the results to be positive news for you. Enjoy your cozy home and a week-end of peace and rest?!
Lots of love always with intense prayers for your well-being,
Glen & Sibyll.
P.S.: Sacha is coming to see us for a bit today, so we are excited since she is so extremely busy and stretched to the limit! Guy is in Canada with his job for a month, but always checks in with us per phone when he has a moment. Great "Kids"! Love makes the day - even a rainy one!

Just got back to the world of internet and am disappointed for you, and have always felt that medicine today "forgets" that they are dealing with real people, who are anxious to hear from them. They "forget" that we sometimes feel that they hold our life in their hands. But Linda, don't forget who really holds all the answers, and He knows exactly what His plan is for you. That being said, I would NOT like to be in the shoes of the individual that you deal with firmly on Mon.
Hope to see you and catch up soon.
Claudia

Go get 'em, guys! You've always been such excellent advocates for your own health. It's a shame that seems to be so required these days. A person who wasn't willing to get out there and make things happen would truly suffer. Keep positive and make the medical folks do their jobs!

My love to you both, as always.

Don't you dare let any negative energy get a hold on you. We are all praying for you every day and have every confidence that you again rise above it all. When you have always been there for everyone, a true person of your word, it disappoints when others don't come thru, especially when it is at a critical time. You have been a true inspiration to me in so many ways. I love you so. Your friend always, Judy
