Linda had a good day today..up at 7:30 while Sadie and Dave slept...Linda packed presents...balanced the checkbook...etc..etc ...a surge of energy...of course she went to far and tired a lot...down for a nap and then up getting ready for her siblings' arrival (with spouses)..

Dave cut Linda's hair short but it looked a bit like "Phantom of the Opera" so tomorrow it all comes off....better now than later..and the wig fits better...

Linda had a great time with her siblings and lasted til late...the siblings had a good time with her too...it is so important this family support at this stage in her "journey"....
Tomorrow a day off...actually Dave will be tiling and keeping Linda slowed down...we shall see...

Speaking of pictures, those of the sibling group are terrific. Beautiful dress, Linda. You look great. Nothing at all like Lon Chaney. (I wonder how many others are *mature* enough to get that allusion? Cough.)
I'm "just before" starting my cards today. Or maybe wrapping some of TravelGuy's presents. We'll see. I'll be thinking of you two busy bees and trying to get myself motivated by your energy.

Hum, I have that same picture in my mind. Linda, maybe you can sit in a chair and hand Dave the tiles, one at a time. I bet that would last for only a few seconds!
When I was Christmas shopping the other day I had this thought that we all look like robots, in a "holi-daze" from too much
Holiday. I guess that is just part of this season. It comes and goes so fast, we might as well enjoy all of it, including the crazies that come with it.
Linda, the Peanut Gallery knows where you live. We may show up in a cyber sort of way to make sure you are not overdoing!

Dreary weekend here... actually expecting more snow showers tomorrow. It's definitely not the normal VA weather for December.

Dear Linda,
You look so happy & gorgeous in the photos with your siblings, in front of your Christmas tree. These photos must have been taken before Dave gave you the haircut.
We are still in Maui, but will be back tomorrow. I am anxious to see our grand daughters, & do like you...
finish the final touches for our Christmas with our kids & grandchildren. Love You Linda! See you after Christmas!

How great to see the pictures of the four of you! I could not help but think of the pictures I have of the Rasmussen Sunday dinners when we were kids. I think I detect a few changes in appearance! We loved your Christmas card and continue to think about you and Dave and pray for you. Love Darrell
