Carpet's in! The place looks gorgeous!
The electrician came today....got lots done..... coming to finish in a couple of days...the painter wanted to come to finish today but with the carpet going it, Linda put him off...
We are over the hump.....many little projects..nothing big.....sinks to set..water lines to hook up...shelves to assemble...etc...etc.
Linda is doing good...gained two pounds..the new med seems to live up to it's promise to increase appetite....tomorrow Linda sees her primary physician re the chest pressure which has diminished...of course...in time for the doctor...
Linda is excited about the new place...it is coming together and she can see the results...

Carpet does make a huge difference! You two should be so proud, once again, most of us would have quit or hired it done but not Linda and Dave.
I am still fighting a "bug" but think tomorrow might be a better day. Much improved today. Hopefully will see you guys and your new home this weekend..

It really is hot here in Nebraska. But I said I would not complain after having all that snow and cold weather. So I have to SMILE and perspire happily.

Dave, your "small stuff" would set me back six months. My admiration knows no bounds. Seriously!!
So happy to read of the weight gain also. Note to all of us whiners (that includes me): It's much hard to gain than to lose.

Yeah, great to hear Linda's "packing on a few" lol. I can't wait to see pictures of the completed house. It sounds like quite a masterpiece!
