I'm tired and have a headache behind my dehydrated eyeballs, but other than that, I felt better today than I've felt in ages.
We spent a little time by the pool, went to the gym where I did 25 minutes of treadmill and bicycle and some free weights, came home where I mixed up some chocolate chip cookies, started some bread in the bread machine, and made some chicken vegetable soup. I even took Sadie for a short walk. It felt so good to feel well enough to do all that. Hopefully, I won't pay for it tomorrow. I think a lot of my improvement is my heart behaving itself and getting the pulse down.
My cough continues to concern me, but I will just have to wait till I get back to Oregon and have my cat scan.
Tonight is a busy TV night, so we'll see how long I last. Thanks for your continuing support and prayers.

So glad to hear from you. Jim is getting back from Vegas tonight. Sorry to say, it doesn't sound like he needs a bodyguard to escort him and his winnings home. I think he might need to pick up a few shifts this week. Janine and I had dinner last night. Great to catch up. I can't wait to see your tan when you get back. Cancer ski out is this weekend and my team will be skiing in your honor!

I checked the blog right after listening to Wind Tunnel tonight. Reading your entry was like walking into a room and hearing your voice. It felt so good! John and I are hoping to see you soon. Another snowstorm is heading our way tomorrow. Think of us when you are by the pool.

That's wonderful. And there's something so comforting and nourishing (excuse the pun) for the soul about baking/cooking.

Hey Lil Lady Glad to hear you are doin better.. I just went to the emergency room and I have bronchitis. I spent all nite in the ememrgency room and met some fun kids. I like sharing with people. I acquired the nickname "tattoo grandma" from the kids I met. Lack of sleep and very little coffee, made us real silly. but it was fun.
